Role- EA (Strategic) to Senior Director
Location- Mumbai
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Sr. Director in driving business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing critical support in financial management, project coordination, data analysis, and operational metrics. Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management :
- Track and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and EBITA.
- Prepare financial reports, including budget variance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to forecast revenue and EBITA.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and internal factors to inform forecasting.
- Provide regular updates and insights to support business decisions.
- Strategic Project Management :
- Coordinate and track progress on strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Assist in developing project plans, setting milestones, and providing regular updates to senior management
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Meeting Coordination and Follow-up :
- Work & follow up on business reviews, board presentations and other monthly reports to the CEO's office
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Ensure follow-up on meeting actions, decisions, and commitments.
- Develop and maintain a system to track meeting outcomes and progress.
- Data Collection and Analysis :
- Collect and analyze data to support business decisions, including market research, customer insights, and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.

3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a financial or operational capacity.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and powerpoint, and Google Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Maturity to communicate and coordinate with people across the value chainAbility to take administrative decisions on behalf of the Business HeadExperience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or Master's degree in a related field.Experience in a similar industry or sector.Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Skills Required
