About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Specialist, Performance Media Operations to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.Com sites. You’ll play a key part in campaign execution, data analysis, and performance insights to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement across all media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns across social media platforms , YouTube , and Condé Nast brand.Com properties.
• Build and set up campaigns accurately and efficiently to ensure timely, seamless launches .
• Analyze audience data , historical campaign performance , and industry trends to drive actionable insights and inform client strategies.
• Provide in-depth campaign analysis and performance reports to internal stakeholders to support sales and planning teams.
• Deliver in-flight optimizations and end-of-campaign recaps , highlighting key successes, learnings, and growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or account issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and continuous campaign improvement.
