Packaging Development Specialist

Role : Techno-Commercial Packaging Development Specialist (On-site, Bengaluru)

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional to lead the development of smart, sustainable, and cost-efficient packaging for PlayShifu products. This role combines packaging engineering with commercial ownership, supplier coordination, and P2P process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop primary & secondary packaging with focus on engineering feasibility, cost, and manufacturability
• Manage  cost workings , BOM accuracy, cost optimization, and supplier price negotiations
• Handle  end-to-end P2P processes : RFQs, supplier onboarding, PO tracking, and invoice closure
• Conduct packaging R&D, material selection, testing, and quality validation
• Collaborate with Product, Sourcing, Operations, and Marketing teams for on-time project delivery
• Explore and implement sustainable packaging solutions
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and drive continuous improvement
