Zevenue is a GTM engineering & outbound growth partner for B2B companies. We build research-driven target lists, personalize outreach at scale, and ship campaigns that create pipeline for some of the fastest-growing startups (backed by Y Combinator, Speedrun, etc.)

The role

This is an entry-level role into campaign management for B2B outreach. You’ll be the engine behind our client campaigns : assembling high-quality prospect lists, keeping campaign tasks organized, coordinating with our Campaign Team and GTM Engineering team, and making sure reporting is clean and on time. You don’t need prior expertise in email tools. What matters is that you’re excellent with Google Sheets and curious about B2B growth. You’ll learn fast by working across multiple clients and industries.

What you'll do

• List building & enrichment
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists in Google Sheets (dedupe, validate, segment by ICP, title, industry, etc.).
• Own data hygiene (formatting, normalization, QA checks, spot-validate emails / URLs).
• Campaign readiness & QA
• Coordinate inputs with the Campaign Team and GTM Engineering (audiences, message variants, merge tags, custom fields)
• Run pre-launch QA (broken fields, missing data, link checks, personalization tokens).
• Client reporting
• Update weekly dashboards and summaries (delivery, reply, meeting, and channel metrics).
• Create simple pivots / filters / charts to surface insights and next steps.
• Task & process management
• Track tasks, due dates, and blockers for multiple client campaigns.
• Follow SOPs, suggest improvements, and help keep playbooks up to date.
