We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–8 years of proven expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that project deliverables meet business objectives and user expectations.Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Case Diagrams.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios and validating deliverables against business expectations.
- Assist in change management, data analysis, and report generation for decision-making.
- Ensure that business and technical solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Identify and communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban).
- Proficiency in process modeling, workflow design, and requirement traceability.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in preparing business cases, RFPs, and solution proposals.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
