Job description

We are hiring for the following time slots-

6 PM - 1 AM with an hour Break

3 AM - 7 AM

4 PM - 11 PM with an hour Break

About TalentGum -

TalentGum is a leading e-learning platform launched in 2021 that aspires to transform the scope of extra-curricular education globally by encouraging the holistic development of children. The platform offers a multitude of expert-curated live-online courses such as dance, music, public speaking, art, and chess that is taught by subject-matter experts. These courses are specially designed to maximize the learning of children in the age group of 4 to 14. Responsibilities :

  • Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online
  • Ensure that students enjoy the course!
  • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
  • Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
  • Conduct group and private lessons as required.
  • Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required :

  • Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Relevant working experience (3+ years)

    • Requirements :

  • Good English & Hindi Communication Skills
  • Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)
  • Must have a proper functioning Laptop / Desktop
  • Must have access to strong internet services
  • Experience in online teaching
  • Should be available for classes on Sunday.
  • Engages students in learning
  • Passion for making learning fun!

    • Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

    Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM)

  • 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125 / - per session + Rs.75 / - per demo
  • 26-60 Sessions : Rs.150 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo
  • 61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 200 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo
  • 81& above Session : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs. 150 / - per demo

    • Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

  • 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165 / - per session + Rs.80 / - per demo
  • 26-60 Sessions : Rs.200 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo
  • 61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo
  • 81& above Session : Rs. 300 / - per session + Rs. 150 / - per demo

    • Salary structure for Morning slots ( 3 AM - 7 AM)

  • 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo
  • 26-60 Sessions : Rs.250 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo
  • 61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 300 / - per session + Rs.150 / - per demo
  • 81& above Session : Rs. 350 / - per session + Rs. 175 / - per demo
