Job description4–8 years of experience in technical project management Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies Proven experience managing projects in the U.S. Healthcare domain (EHR / EMR, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred

Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a strong background in the U.S. Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
️ Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects using Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other U.S. healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams for seamless integration and deployment
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients
