Role Summary
The Lead – Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing the hospital’s end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring timely recruitment of clinical, non-clinical, and support staff. The role oversees sourcing, employer branding, workforce planning, onboarding, and compliance with healthcare hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a robust hiring strategy aligned with hospital expansion and manpower planning.
- Forecast talent needs for clinical (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians), administrative, and operational positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles (e.g., nursing, paramedical, emergency care).
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, assessments, salary negotiation, and offer closure.Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Ensure minimal TAT for urgent and business-critical positions.3. Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Utilize multiple channels : job portals, social media, campus hiring, medical colleges, nursing institutes, referrals, and agencies.Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies, nursing colleges, and staffing partners.Build a database of specialists, super-specialists, and paramedical staff.4. Stakeholder Management
Partner with clinical leadership, unit heads, and HR business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations.Present hiring dashboards and analysis to management on a weekly / monthly basis.Lead recruitment team members and ensure performance management of TA staff.5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Drive employer branding initiatives for attracting top medical and non-medical talent.Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Manage hospital presence on LinkedIn, Naukri, Practo, and healthcare platforms.6. Compliance, Documentation & Onboarding
Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance requirements, background checks, medical checks, and credential verification.Oversee onboarding and induction for new joiners.Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics.7. Process Improvement
Standardize recruitment processes and implement best practices for quality hiring.Use HR tech, ATS systems, and automation tools to improve efficiency.Analyze hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and drive improvements.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.8-12 years of talent acquisition experience , with at least 4-5 years in hospital / healthcare recruitment .Experience in large multispecialty hospital chains is an added advantage.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Talent Acquisition specialist from any industry is welcome.Note : Only Immediate joiners and Candidates with short notice kindly apply.
