Business Development Manager – RealityBox

Location : East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site)

Full-Time | Salary : 8–12 LPA + Incentives | Experience : 3–5 years

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and brand sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Agencies)
  • Pitch RealityBox services with strategic storytelling decks, proposals, and case studies
  • Collaborate with the leadership & creative teams to develop proposals, pricing, and project strategies
  • Represent RealityBox at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Track sales pipeline, manage CRM updates, and achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Understand agency workflows and ensure smooth communication from pitch to delivery

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a marketing / advertising / production agency (mandatory)
  • Strong track record of closing mid-to-high-value deals (₹10L–₹50L range projects preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in building pitch decks and proposals for global brands or tourism boards
  • Strong network with decision-makers in marketing, advertising, or travel / luxury brands is a big plus
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
