Job Description :
- Manage the Team of Timesheet & Billing
- Enter Timesheets & Create invoices for Consultants - VMO & NVMO
- Prepare the Monthly Accruals report for unapproved hours
- Providing Monthly Hours & Sales reports
- Close coordination with the Payroll, Audit, and Assignment Team
- Submit Misc Invoices for Bonus, Expenses, Conversion Fees, Perm Placement Fees, PTO & Background Check, and Drug Test amount. & follow up for approval.
- Booking Invoices for Miscellaneous Income / Revenue in the Accounting system
- Validate & provide accurate hours & Adjustment details to the Payroll team to process payroll on time.
- Approve Payroll Adjustments, Billing Adjustments / Credit Notes
- Validate ACH requests for the candidate’s missing pay
- Manage Timesheet Pay-related issues / escalations
- Coordinate with AM & Sales Team to resolve long overdue pending hours approvals
- Monitor Audit queries and responses to ensure on-time closure of open audit items
- Review Contracts for Accounting clauses i.e., Billing, MSP Fees, Discounts, Payment Terms, Dispute clauses, etc.
- Keep Track of Contract Amendments and inform the concern recipients on time
- Validating Discounts / Cancellation fees / Credits, etc. in lieu of Contractual terms
- Action Billing related disputes from AR & Audit Team (Rate & Hours Adjustments)
- Monitor Checkpoints for Month-End Tasks
- Send & Receive Tenure Discount Notifications for required action
Candidate should have managerial experience and the ability to mentor and guide team members. Should have a good understanding of billing and payroll, as well as the ability to work across teams to achieve results
