Overview Of The Role :

The Solution Architect, working closely with the Procurement Transformation team, will drive the technology design of our multi-year procurement transformation programme.

This role will report to the Head of Architecture Enterprise Technology and be instrumental in shaping the global procurement application ecosystem, ensuring that Coupa and connected platforms and technologies work together seamlessly to deliver a unified, scalable, and future-ready solution.

The Solution Architect will design and oversee integrations across supplier and finance systems, ensuring seamless data flows and process alignment, while embedding opportunities for optimisation through automation and AI in line with the organisations wider AI & Automation strategy.

Acting as a technical leader for procurement technology, the role will coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, product, finance, IT, and M&A, ensuring transformation outcomes are delivered while supporting ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Leadership & Strategy :

• Provide technical leadership for the procurement transformation programme, driving and contributing to the architecture and solution design of the target application ecosystem.
• Support the development and maintenance of the solution roadmap and delivery approach to ensure a unified, scalable, and future-ready platform.
• For this role, the focus is on procurement technologies, with Coupa at the core.
