Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the backend MIS and CRM systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions to enhance the MIS and CRM functionalities
- Generate regular reports and analysis to support decision-making processes for the Real Estate business
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS and CRM systems
- Provide user support and training for the MIS and CRM systems
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in MIS and CRM to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-6 years of experience in MIS and CRM in the Real Estate industry.Proficiency in database management and SQL.Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.Show more
