MIS & Documentation Coordinator

Job descriptionBachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in MIS and CRM in the Real Estate industry. Proficiency in database management and SQL. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the backend MIS and CRM systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions to enhance the MIS and CRM functionalities
- Generate regular reports and analysis to support decision-making processes for the Real Estate business
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS and CRM systems
- Provide user support and training for the MIS and CRM systems
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in MIS and CRM to drive continuous improvement
