What you get to do in this role :

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience, or an advanced degree with 8 years of full stack development (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, & deployment covering all platform and UI / UX aspects)

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the developer productivity

Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as : OpenAI, Windsurf, Cursor etc.

Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript development skills.

Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including :

Cloud Platforms : Azure, AWS

Messaging Systems : Kafka, Dell Boomi

Monitoring Tools : Splunk, Catchpoint

Web Infrastructure : API Gateways, CDNs

Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization

Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software performance tuning

Advanced experience working with relational databases including development, troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes; may serve as a functional lead or technical owner

Experience in end-end Custom Application development on ServiceNow platform is added advantage

Operate with a higher degree of autonomy, level-head , acting as a force multiplier by identifying and solving ambiguous, product problems

High-quality organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to strongly influence solution decisions without authority
