Role Overview : The Consultant will serve as a strategic point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing executive search engagements. This role focuses on understanding client organizations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that recruitment solutions are seamlessly implemented. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, guiding the recruitment process from start to finish to ensure the best leadership talent is sourced, assessed, and placed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute mandates from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Conduct in-depth market research and compile insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability to support search mandates.
- Develop and nurture a strong network of potential candidates, ensuring a steady talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Independently evaluate, screen, and present high-quality candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and role requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication while building long-term relationships.
- Analyze client needs and propose additional solutions to maximize business growth and strengthen client partnerships.
- Present recruitment data, market insights, and project updates to clients, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their talent strategy.

Additional experience in executive search or talent acquisition, ideally in a client facing role within a professional services environment, is a plus but not mandatory.
