Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Define and drive global marketing operations strategies, aligning with company vision and business goals.
- Lead integrated service definition, go-to-market planning, and new business opportunity creation.
- Take full ownership of P&L for the marketing function, ensuring profitability and sustained growth.
- Partner with leadership to shape presales strategies, service integration models, and cross-sell / upsell initiatives.
Marketing Operations & Technology :
Implement and manage marketing tools, platforms and automation systems in coordination with revenue and sales ops teams.Champion best practices in data governance, campaign tracking, CRM and reporting.Drive marketing automation strategies using tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot and CRMs such as Salesforce (preferably SFMC).Analytics & Performance Management :
Track, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of lead generation, lead nurturing and funnel development programs.Develop marketing database strategies focusing on customer segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment using platforms like ZoomInfo, Ringlead, etc.Provide regular reporting on campaign ROI, customer acquisition, retention and overall program effectiveness.Team Management & Collaboration :
Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring delivery excellence across all functions.Collaborate across geographies and cultures, ensuring strong alignment with sales, product, and business leadership.Key Requirements :
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in delivering large-scale digital or integrated marketing solutions to global & India based clients.Proven experience in CRM strategy, marketing automation, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.Demonstrated success in account growth, presales support, and service scaling in a senior leadership capacity.Deep familiarity with tools and technologies such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, etc.Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to solving strategic and operational marketing challenges.Experience working with SaaS-based or tech-led services / solutions is highly preferred.Highly collaborative, culturally sensitive, and adept at working across functions and geographies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
