We are looking for a 6years old established company who are a global provider of back-office support services to a myriad of financial service organizations.

Exposure into Live Underwriter

Wworking knowledge of conventional VA and FHA which is Mandatory. Good to have USDA Jumbo Reverse Non-QM HELOC

Extensive knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines which is Mandatory. Agency guidelines should be an added advantage

Have an extensive working knowledge on 4C

They know in and out of DU LP and GUS in detail

They are well-versed in income calculations on both salaried and self-employed based on the product types

Candidate should be flexible with Night shift
