AZISTA COMPOSITES PRIVATE LIMITED (ACPL), part of the AZISTA Group, is established to realize the most demanding high-temperature engineering applications. We design, develop, manufacture, test and qualify : Carbon-Carbon Composites (CCs), Ceramic-Matrix-Composites (CMCs) and Phthalonitrile (PN) based polymer matrix composites. Some of the products under development include CC Brake Discs for Aircraft, Self-Standing Convergent-Divergent Nozzles, Composite overwrapped hydrogen pressure vessels and CMCs for hypersonic applications among others. JOB DESCRIPTION :

ROLE : Product Engineer - Solar Panels for Satellites.

Experience : 10-12 years with expertise in Solar Panel Industry / Similar Industry.

Location : Hyderabad.

Desirable : Good personal rapport in URSC, Solar Panel industry / Clients.

Job Description :

Good understanding of Solar Panels for terrestrial applications.

Welding of Solar cells to substrate and understanding of the solar panel manufacturing process

Good communication and presentation skills and a good team player.

Should have led a team of Engineers & Technicians.

Technical Expertise and people management skills are the most critical.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients

Meet with customers and engineers

Assess product needs and determine system requirements

Offer sales support

Confer with technical teams to understand client requirements

Secure and renew product orders, arrange delivery

Recommend product upgrades to customers

Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production

Set up and measure KPIs

Regularly review sales process improvements

Assist in researching and developing new products
