Business Intelligence Consultant

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in consulting and strategy, preferably with exposure to the Financial Services and Tech industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

• Supporting research activities and industry interactions by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes in fintech, payments, and banking.
• Providing timely research support for client presentations and reports.

Data organization and analysis :

Collaborating with project teams to provide insights and guidance on client engagements. Managing time effectively and delivering results by deadlines. Contributing to the firm's development of intellectual capital. Producing high-quality client-ready presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and Excel workbooks. Minimal travel may be required (10%-30%).

Required Attributes / Qualifications :

Education : Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, International Relations, or a related field.

Experience : 1-2 years of prior experience in Consulting and Strategy, preferably with exposure to the Financial Services and Tech industries. Relevant internships, coursework, or research experience in business, finance, or data analysis is a plus as well.

Language Fluency : Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas). Ability to navigate and extract information from databases, government reports, and industry research. Experience with data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.

Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret and organize complex datasets and extract key insights. Research Skills : Strong ability to find, verify, and document reliable facts and figures from online sources. Attention to Detail : High accuracy in fact-checking and data validation.
