Jr. Officer Security

The role is responsible for ensuring the security of materials, vehicles, visitors and employees at the plant by way of Proper CCTV Operation, Monitoring and analysis. with other security checks.

24 hrs Operating, Monitoring of system function, CCTV System Data Management & Support for users.

Recording & Reporting of observations , Preventive and Break down Maintenance of System

Prompt Communication , warning of any accident / Intruder to security , fire and concerned noticed on CCTV

Communication and follow up as N when required and Documentation / Data Control.

Check visitors / vehicles and their movement, attend to phone calls and complete the tasks in the shift checklist

Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes.

Supervise all security guards performing their duties at the various gates

Maintain various forms / records applicable to the security department

Record and verify permit systems at the plant

Train security guards and maintain records of the same

Collaborate with Assistant Manager – Security in selecting guards / filling forms of contract workers

Handle emergencies (rendering first aid) at the plant and maintain records of all concerned persons with respect to address and phone numbers.

Education - 12th / Graduate (Any discipline) P.G. (Any) + Diploma / Training in safety procedures / security

Work Experience - Essential Hands on experience of monitoring & handling CCTV System / Installation in any manufacturing Industry and 1-3 years as a security personnel in any industry 3-5 years as a experience of monitoring & handling CCTV System / security personnel in any industry + prior military / defence service training
