Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong expertise in e-commerce testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of STLC, test case design, test execution, and hands-on experience with testing tools, defect tracking, and Agile delivery environments.
Must Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of manual testing experience, including 3+ years in e-commerce or web application testing .
- Strong understanding of STLC , test planning, test case writing, execution, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , relational databases, and SQL for backend validation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
