We're looking for a Senior Content Specialist – Marketing & Storytelling to define and own our brand voice. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, understands psychology, and can craft content that makes people stop, think, and engage — from social posts to newsletters to comments.

What You'll Do

As our first dedicated content hire, you'll be both creative and strategic — writing content that builds awareness, nurtures trust, and generates leads.

You will :

• Write daily : LinkedIn posts, tweets, email campaigns, blog articles, newsletters, and more.
• Craft compelling marketing copy for landing pages, product pages, and campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) into snackable posts, threads, videos, and commentary .
• Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter / X, YouTube, and newsletters , ensuring a consistent voice and engagement.
• Engage actively with the community — commenting, replying, and sparking meaningful conversations.
• Apply principles of psychology and persuasion to create content that builds trust and drives action.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align messaging with customer needs.
• Track engagement metrics and discover which content has the most significant impact.
