Key Deliverables :
- Oversee manpower life cycle, including recruitment, deployment, and exit processes.
- Manage attendance, attrition, absenteeism, and payroll / incentive-related activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance redressal.
- Generate and share regular manpower reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities :
Supervise blue-collar workforce operations across multiple locations.Ensure compliance with HR policies and resolve payroll queries promptly.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations.Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage data and presentations effectively.Skills Required
