Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology or software development environment. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana . Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineering concepts. PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (a plus). Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments. Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.

About the Role
Seabed2crest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution while ensuring timely delivery of technical deliverables.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, resolve blockers, and drive accountability throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between management and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day engineering activities and ensure completion as per quality and timelines.
- Identify potential risks or dependencies and proactively work to resolve them.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and share progress reports with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Design, QA, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
- Implement best practices in project management to track productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to technical and organizational standards across all projects.
