Role Overview :

We are looking for a visionary VP – Engineering who will also join us into the Founder's shoes. You will lead and scale all technical operations across our GenAI platforms.

This is a Build Your Own Business (BYOB) model. The selected candidate will receive equity, profit-sharing, and a seat at the leadership table. You will co-own, co-lead, and co-grow SpeedTech.Ai into a global success story.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead engineering strategy and execution for all GenAI products

2. Build and manage a world-class tech team

3. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

4. Drive tech roadmap, product releases, and innovation cycles

5. Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, CIO, Sales, and product teams

6. Represent SpeedTech to partners, clients, and investors when required

Requirements :

1. 10 or more years of software engineering experience

2. Prior leadership role in an AI, ML, or SaaS company preferred

3. Strong skills in system design, cloud architecture, APIs, and AI integration

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to invest and commit long-term

5. Open to a co-founder role with no fixed salary and shared ownership

Compensation :

1. Equity and Profit Sharing

2. No fixed salary (Founder-track commitment)
