Job Title : AI Champion, Corporate Office

Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India

Summary :

Enreap is seeking an AI Champion to drive our strategic objective of achieving Operational

Excellence through integrated Data and AI. This pivotal role will primarily lead internal AI initiatives

and contribute significantly to AI-oriented product offerings. The ideal candidate will bridge business

acumen with foundational AI knowledge and possess strong domain knowledge in at least one of

DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations and adoptions. This individual will be instrumental in

fostering internal AI literacy, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, and operating

within a lean, agile framework.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership (Primary Focus) :
  • Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
  • Lead and oversee "quick win" internal AI pilot projects.
  • Collaborate with IT to establish essential data governance practices.
  • AI Product Contribution & Market Engagement (Secondary Focus) :
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
  • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
  • Work with the Product Management Core team for lean development of AI-oriented product

offerings.

  • Translate successful internal operational AI solutions into new or enhanced customer-facing

    • products.

  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy :
  • Act as the primary liaison for external AI / Data Strategy consulting.
  • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.

    • Education and Technical Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information

    • Systems, or a related field.

  • Years of Experience : 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps

    • domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI

    technologies.

  • Foundational AI / Data Knowledge : Solid understanding of core AI / ML concepts.
  • Platform Understanding : Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like

    • Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.

  • Domain Knowledge : Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support

    • Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.

  • Product & Project Management Acumen : Demonstrated understanding of product

    • management principles and experience with agile / lean methodologies.

  • Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving

    • abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.
