Job Title : Sales Executive – Arpita Sulakshana Couture (Pitampura Store)

Location : 11, Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi

Work Mode : Offline (in-store) + handling online leads

Experience : 1–4 years in fashion retail (preferred)

Eligibility : Candidate must live within 5 km radius of Pitampura

✨ About the Role

We are looking for a confident, client-focused Sales Executive who can convert walk-ins, WhatsApp leads, and Instagram enquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and a strong sales mindset.

️ Key Responsibilitie

Attend all walk-in clients at the Pitampura studio and provide styling assistance
Convert online leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram into sales
Maintain a strong command over the brand’s products, fabrics, fits, sizes, and collections
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle billing, order details, and client database updates
Follow up with potential customers and ensure conversions
Ensure the store is presentable and ready for clients at all times
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
Coordinate with the team for order status, delivery dates, and customisations
