Job descriptionUnderstand client needs and recommend appropriate PhonePe product solutions Conduct feasibility studies and support developers integrating with PhonePe APIs Own customer issues reported and ensure timely resolution Develop and implement processes for standardized, compliant integration workflows
Key Deliverables :
- Design and deliver customized fintech solutions based on PhonePe products to meet client requirements
- Manage merchant accounts through integration phases and resolve integration issues promptly
- Define and enhance developer and merchant experiences by improving API integrations and processes
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
