Role Description :
“Drive Sales Transformation & Growth for Leading Industrial and B2B Clients through Data-Driven Consulting at SASTIC MINDS.”
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Consultant (Sales Excellence & Transformation). You will work closely with client organizations in improving their Sales Systems, Market Processes, and Commercial Effectiveness. The role involves analyzing sales data, understanding customer segments, diagnosing performance gaps, and implementing structured improvement programs that deliver top-line growth and sales efficiency.
Based on your experience and capability, you will be designated as Analyst, Consultant, or Senior Consultant after the interview assessment.
Work Location : Coimbatore. Outstation candidates must be willing to relocate for this role.
Qualifications :
- B.E. / B.Tech and MBA (preferably in Marketing, Strategy, or Operations) from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales analytics, marketing operations, business development, or consulting (Candidates with more than 5 years of experience need not apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Exposure to B2B industrial sales / B2C sales, distribution management / commercial operations preferred.
- Prior experience in CRM implementation, Sales Performance Improvement, or Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong project management and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a desire to make a measurable impact
- Willingness to travel to client locations and work closely with client teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities :
You will be part of end-to-end Sales Excellence and Transformation engagements covering the full commercial value chain. You will collaborate with client teams and senior leadership to design and implement solutions that improve sales effectiveness, market penetration, and customer experience.
Conduct market and customer studies to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunity.Diagnose the client’s sales and marketing performance using data-driven analysis to identify structural and process gaps.Design Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including channel structures, territory models, and sales force effectiveness frameworks.Redefine sales processes and performance systems to improve lead generation, funnel conversion, and customer acquisition outcomes.Develop sales dashboards, KPIs, and control systems to track sales productivity, customer coverage, and order performance.Support clients in building effective product portfolio management and pricing structures for improved profitability.Map and enhance the customer journey across the lifecycle — from lead generation to post-sales service and retention.Lead initiatives to improve customer experience (CX) and develop structured feedback and insights systems to strengthen customer relationships.Drive improvements in after-sales and service functions to ensure end-to-end commercial excellence.Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams to improve Sales–Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply alignment – It’s an advantage.Support pilot implementation of new sales systems, tools, and practices;monitor performance andscale up proven models.
Facilitate problem-solving workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives with client sales teams.Assist in the organization design of sales teams, role definitions, and incentive systems to align with business goals.Prepare impactful presentations, business cases, and performance dashboards for client leadership reviews.Work closely with the Engagement Manager to ensure structured project delivery and measurable business impact.What You’ll Gain :
