Key Deliverables :

Lead engineering teams focused on feature management and hotlist capabilities of FICO's decisioning platform.
Own the full software development lifecycle and drive enhancements aligned with the product roadmap.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate Jira epics into actionable stories and development plans.
Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding and agile practices.

Role Responsibilities :

Manage and scale high-performing, geographically distributed development teams.

Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and hands-on coding when needed.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet roadmap objectives.

Set performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and foster team growth.
