MSSQL Developer - CREQ Description Experienced MS SQL Server Developer to design, implement, refine and support all business systems and databases for an international publishing company.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.

Performance Tuning and Optimization : Analyzing query performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing SQL queries and database performance.

Expertise in SQL Server versions

Proficient in T SQL, stored procedures, and database design.

Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Always On, replication, clustering).

Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS

8 to 10 years of experience

Strong knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) Database

Solid understanding of T-SQL and SQL design principles (MS-SQL 2005 / 2008)

Experience using SSIS or other integration / ETL tools.

Develop and manage reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Support data analysis and business intelligence efforts using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).

Writing complex SQL queries with subqueries, joins, window functions, and aggregate functions to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for various business needs

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic conceptual knowledge on various other databases like MySQL, Maria DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and IBM DB2,Oracle
