Job description

Credit Assessment : Underwrite and appraise credit proposals based on company policies, ensuring timely processing.

Financial Analysis : Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and ratios for assessing funding requirements.

Risk Evaluation : Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including creditworthiness, banking, statutory, and legal checks.

Customer Interaction : Meet customers personally, conduct internal / external reference checks, and verify business operations on-site.

Decision Making : Make informed decisions (approve / reject) based on comprehensive analysis and risk evaluation.

Collaboration : Work closely with sales, cross-sell teams, and operations to support business growth and ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Policy Recommendations : Suggest improvements or changes in underwriting policies based on portfolio analysis and market trends.
