We are seeking an experienced L3 Engineer – Azure, Cloud & Infrastructure to support and manage complex cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves Azure cloud management, infrastructure administration, networking, desktop support, and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking protocols, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Azure Cloud
Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.
Deploy and configure VMs, storage accounts, and networking components.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across Azure resources.
Manage Azure Active Directory and Office 365 user / group configurations.
Infrastructure Management
Administer Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, and Active Directory.
Manage Microsoft Exchange 2016 operations.
Configure and maintain Intune for device management.
Manage Ubiquiti WiFi access points and VLAN configurations.
Networking & Security
Troubleshoot TCP / IP, DNS, and general network issues.
Basic understanding of Cisco routers, switches, and VoIP.
Familiarity with firewalls / gateways.
Implement and troubleshoot Cisco VPN solutions.
Manage shared drives with NTFS permissions.
Monitoring & Reporting
Use PRTG for proactive network and system monitoring.
Monitor shared drives and ensure optimal storage performance.
Desktop Support
Provide end-user support for hardware and software.
Configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Client Interaction
Provide phone-based support with a client-first approach.
Understand user needs and ensure timely resolution.
Data Center Operations
Work in data center environments ensuring hardware uptime and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Security).
Proven experience in technical support with focus on Azure cloud environments.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex issues independently.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Certifications in Office 365 or Cisco technologies are a plus.
