This role calls for a forward-looking professional who can blend academic excellence with corporate engagement to establish the MBA program as a benchmark of quality and innovation in management education.

Key Responsibilities Academic & Pedagogical Leadership

• Oversee curriculum design, academic delivery, and continuous upgradation in alignment with AICTE / University guidelines and global business trends.
• Drive innovative teaching-learning practices such as case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and industry-driven projects.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, critical thinking, and research orientation among faculty and students.
• Mentor faculty in pedagogy, research, and professional growth.
