Shift – EST

Position Summary

An immediate requirement of an RMM Engineer, who can help us with maintaining and configuring various RMM Applications like Automate, Datto, Kaseys or Ninja.

Education and Qualification

Required

Education : Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field

Preferred

=3+ years Automate / Datto RMM or Kaseya.

• Technical RMM troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills such as skills, active listening, and communication customer-care.
