Provide administrative support for sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Provide responsive support to the Sales teams by managing CRM-related queries and assisting with other ad hoc sales-related requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Process orders accurately and within set timelines.
Create and manage opportunities / orders within relevant systems where required, e.g. if the sales team are not directly involved in a sale
Support the booking process, ensuring accurate data capture and effective communication with Sales and Operations Teams
Maintain and update the booking tracker, oversee CRM hygiene.
Perform ad hoc data updates and changes within Salesforce
Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity
