Job descriptionThe ideal Generative AI Developer will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a specific focus on generative models As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to create innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings, customer, dealer and employee experience This role is responsible for researching and implementing state-of-the-art generative models and collaborating closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions This work will involve developing and fine-tuning models, conducting effective search and summary, and evaluating model performance to ensure high-quality outputs The Generative AI Developer will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, ensuring that our methodologies and tools remain cutting-edge The ability to communicate findings and insights through reports, presentations, and demonstrations will be essential in driving informed decision-making and showcasing the potential of generative AI within the organization Your Impact Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI model based solutions Develop and fine-tune models to generate high-quality outputs for various applications Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability of GenAI output Collaborate with data scientists, AI developers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI-driven solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning Communicate findings and insights through reports, presentations, and demonstrations Ensure the scalability and efficiency of generative AI models in production environments Your Experience And Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field Minimum 7+yrs of relevant experience Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities Your Benefits GLOBAL DIVERSITY Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations even variety in our roles
