Job descriptionRelevant degree or certification in Labour Laws, Compliance Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Shops & Establishments compliance. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting. Strong communication and liaison skills, with the ability to interact effectively with authorities.
Position : Team Leader - Compliance
Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad
Experience : 4+ years
Key Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve queries related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, maintenance of registers, accurate filing of returns, and adherence to statutory obligations under the Shops & Establishments Act and other applicable labor laws.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Labour Regulation and Abolition Act, with a focus on state-specific regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory authorities, managing communications and ensuring the timely resolution of compliance-related matters.
