Salary : 4.2 LPA to 6 LPA

Role Overview :

You’ll own our video production end to end. Turn clear briefs and scripts into platform-ready edits with strong hooks, tight pacing, thoughtful motion graphics, and clean sound. Raise overall production quality across Reels, Shorts, and YouTube, and iterate using performance data. You will also keep an overall check on all our social channels to make sure everything is in order, handle basic scheduling and publishing, and flag any issues.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Editing and Post

• Create and Edit short and long form videos for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Build tight openings, add captions, SFX, music, and smooth transitions
• Color correct, light grade, mix dialogue and music, export clean masters
• Deliver channel-specific cuts in 9 : 16 and 16 : 9 for Paid Ads purposes
