Role Overview :
The Production Coordinator will support Producers in managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, timely completion of deliverables, and smooth communication with clients and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Coordination & Follow-ups
Assist Producers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (admin, finance, legal, etc.) to confirm task completion and resolve pending issues.
Maintain consistent communication with brands and clients to confirm schedules, approvals, and feedback.
Provide regular updates to Producers and stakeholders on project progress, outstanding items, and next steps.
2. Administrative &Logistical Support
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking in line with production budgets.
Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for cast and crew.
Ensure all production-related documents—including bills, releases, contracts, and approvals—are properly collected, signed, and archived.
3. Communication & Documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative and interdepartmental communication.
Maintain organized documentation of production activities, correspondence, and reports for easy reference.
4. Production Day Support
Support Producers during shoots by managing schedules, logistics, checklists, and on-site coordination.
Communicate call times, scene changes, and production updates to all departments to ensure smooth execution.
5. Post-Production & Delivery Follow-ups
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to follow up on post-production timelines, approvals, and delivery confirmations.
Track deliverables to ensure all assets are submitted as per schedule and quality standards.
