Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship. Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred. Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Italian to English) for our Italian to English Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Italian and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging Italian to English language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
- Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
- Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
