Essential Functions
- Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
- Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
- Develops and implements solution validation plans.
- Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
- Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
- Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
- Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.
- Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
- Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
- Provides Tier 2 / 3 technical support for custom integrations.
- Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
- Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working with external customers to gather technical requirementsPreference
