Associate IT Director

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the full SAP ADMS portfolio (S4 & ECC) ensuring alignment with enterprise and regional goals.

Provide IT leadership for myBuy, RPA, legacy business apps, and TMO.

Serve as technical leader for Magellan development and future deployments.

Manage vendor relationships, performance, capacity planning, and shared services.

Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and global security standards.

Drive contract renewals and negotiations in line with global IT sourcing guidelines.

Collaborate with SAP executives, partners, and consultants to resolve escalations.

Oversee financials, vendor management, and program delivery across global ERP systems.

Work effectively with offshore teams and geographically dispersed resources.

Partner with executive leadership, steering committees, and regional leaders.

Required Competencies

Strategic thinker focused on business outcomes and efficiency.

Strong communication and influence skills to mentor IT teams in India.

Proven experience managing large-scale, global SAP portfolios.

Expertise in SAP S4 / HANA, ECC, and Ariba integrations.

Successful track record of ERP implementations with cross-functional collaboration.

Skilled in leading distributed and offshore teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

15+ years of IT experience (10+ in enterprise applications).

Life Sciences industry experience preferred (commercial, manufacturing, quality & finance).
