About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Lead who can bridge creative thinking with data-driven
insights to craft impactful marketing strategies across digital, brand, and performance channels.
This role involves leading cross-functional campaign planning, developing brand narratives, and
driving growth strategies for clients across diverse industries — from consumer brands and
digital-first businesses to enterprise and B2B sectors.
You’ll work closely with the creative, media, and account management teams to deliver
measurable marketing success and ensure our campaigns are not just creative, but strategic
and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive marketing and GTM strategies aligned to client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning insights.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps for clients — covering brand, digital and performance marketing.
- Translate business goals into actionable campaign objectives with measurable KPIs.
Campaign Development
Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.Collaborate with the creative and media teams to build messaging frameworks, content pillars, and funnel journeys.Ensure alignment between creative concepts, media targeting, and conversion goals.Define audience segments, value propositions, and engagement strategies.Performance & Insights
Work with analytics teams to measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROI, and engagement metrics.Present strategic insights and performance reviews to internal and client stakeholders. Leadership & CollaborationPartner with Account Management and Business Development to drive client growth and retention.Mentor junior strategists, content planners, and campaign specialists.Liaise with the leadership team on new business pitches, proposals, and marketing collateral development.Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience (5–8 years) in Marketing Strategy, Brand Planning, or Digital Strategy within an agency or digital-first brand environment.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience behavior, and conversion optimization.Hands-on knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.).Ability to translate insights into compelling creative and campaign directions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills;strong presentation andstorytelling ability.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, and performance teams.Strategic thinker with execution excellence and attention to detail.Preferred Background
Experience in digital marketing agencies, brand consulting, or integrated communication firms.Exposure to industries such as Consumer Electronics, BFSI, Retail, Technology, or D2C.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp) and CRM-driven campaigns.Educational Qualification
MBA / Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).Bachelor’s in Business, Advertising, or Mass Communication.Why Join Us
