Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee floor management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

- Supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in retail management or related field (jewelry industry preferred).

- Strong skills in floor management, jewelry retail management, showroom management, store keeping, store planning, store supervision.

- Excellent team leadership abilities with experience handling teams effectively.
