Job Description :

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the testing lifecycle, from test design and execution to defect management and stakeholder coordination.

You will work closely with development teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all requirements are met and that our digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality.

Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional testing of CB UAE Payments & Clearing systems and flows.
• Perform hands-on testing of domestic and international payment systems.
• Test NPSS, PACs messages, and MT to MX message flows.
• Execute Mobile Device testing and Merchant POS terminal machine testing.
• Perform QR code testing.
• Conduct UI / UX testing to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Perform FIGMA flow verification testing.
• Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements (BRs).
• Ensure test execution aligns with agreed-upon plans and timelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Conduct defect triage meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Provide daily execution tracker analysis and consolidated defect reports.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings (DSMs) and provide updates on testing progress.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively via emails, MS Teams, and phone calls.
• Arrange and facilitate team alignment calls.
• Monitor and support testing team activities.
• Highlight and escalate testing team concerns and challenges.
• Provide updates to the TCoE Management.
• Prepare daily status reports (DSRs) and weekly status reports (WSRs).
• Obtain clarification on functionalities and follow up for sign-offs.
• Maintain and manage JIRA for test case and defect tracking.
