Job Title : CodeIgniter Developer

Location : Kolkata (Onsite)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CodeIgniter Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications and backend services using the CodeIgniter PHP framework . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using CodeIgniter and PHP .
Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs as needed.
Design and implement database schemas in MySQL and ensure optimized query performance.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and optimize existing code for better performance.
Work with frontend developers to integrate backend logic with UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibility.
Maintain documentation of code and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP development with at least 2+ years in CodeIgniter framework .

Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

Good understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
