S&T Supply Chain IT Deployment lead, Manufacturing Digitization

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic IT partner to Markets and Business Units, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and goals.
• Lead deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions such as DVC, GE shop floor solutions, Paperless, and others.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
• Ensure digital solutions integrate with business processes to deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.
• Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for digital manufacturing programs in the region, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
