Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

We’re Hiring : Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst (5–7 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical ecosystems across CRM, ERP, and Quote-to-Cash workflows. If you excel at process design, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration—this role is for you.

What You’ll Bring

Sales Lifecycle Expertise

5–7 years of experience improving processes across Quoting, Billing, and Invoicing within CRM and ERP environments. Strong understanding of data models, system limitations, and industry best practices.

CRM & Systems Integration

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM , CPQ tools, and cross-system integrations to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Requirements & Documentation Mastery

You create clear and detailed process maps, user stories, functional specs, workflows , and traceability documents that help technical and business teams stay aligned.

Systems Thinking

You anticipate upstream and downstream impacts, ensuring cohesive architecture and business continuity across interconnected systems.

Data Storytelling & Influence

You turn complex data into compelling insights, influencing decisions and driving alignment across teams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Your structured analysis and metrics-driven validation ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and grounded in real business needs.

AI & Automation Awareness

You understand how AI and automation can improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance forecasting and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
