Design Project Coordinator

Urban planning is an exciting field that requires talented individuals to create innovative and sustainable designs.

This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, researching zoning rules, and developing site concepts. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing early site concepts
• Creating layouts and schematic designs for residential and commercial projects
• Assisting with working drawings, permit sets, and construction documents
• Building 3D models, renders, and presentations
• Organizing and maintaining project documentation

The successful candidate will be a Bachelor of Architecture student or recent graduate with a thoughtful design portfolio showcasing their skills and experience. They should also possess solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
