Yet, less than 10% ever get the care they truly need — and even fewer experience real, measurable change.

At Feel Your Best , we’re building a mental health platform that doesn’t exist in India today — one that combines therapy with lifestyle interventions like movement, mindfulness, sleep, and nutrition, and delivers visible, trackable outcomes that people can actually see and feel.

Our goal is to create structured, high-trust care that replaces trial-and-error with clarity, and isolation with real human support — guided by professionals, not just algorithms.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a first-principles storyteller, content strategist, and community builder to lead our brand voice across Instagram, , Substack, WhatsApp, YouTube, and more.

This is an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) role — not a content manager position. You’ll own everything : content calendars, campaign launches, creative briefs, performance reviews, influencer collabs, and more.

But just as importantly — you’ll think community-first.

You understand that social media isn’t just about reach. It’s about bringing people together , sparking honest conversations, and making people feel less alone.

You’ll build and lead a social presence where people connect, grow, and heal — together.

You’ll work directly with the founder (IIM alumnus) and collaborate across care, product, and design teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Write and publish emotionally resonant content : reels, carousels, captions, stories, threads, Substack posts
Plan and execute full content calendars, end to end
Spark and grow an online community around therapy, healing, and holistic care
Create safe spaces for interaction — polls, Q&As, AMAs, stories, and support group discovery
Run experiments and analyze what moves people to engage or take action
Lead partnerships with micro-creators, guest experts, and lived-experience storytellers
Build the content + community team after 6–9 months of traction

You’re not just a creator — you’re a connector

You’ve got 0–3 years of experience, or equivalent hustle and proof of skill

You can write clear, emotionally intelligent, deeply human copy

You reflect constantly, take feedback seriously, and get better with every iteration

You’re obsessed with meaning, not vanity metrics

You’re not afraid to work hard — you’re excited to
